They Might Be Giants

If you're looking to expand your musical horizons, you'll be hard-pressed to find a band more unique than the Brooklyn-based They Might Be Giants (TMBG). Basically, it's made up of two guys (both named John) and a killer backup band. Their songs are catchy, fun, and usually quite strange. But don't take my word for it, one listen to tunes like "Cowtown", "'Till My Head Falls Off", "James K. Polk", and "Whistling In Dark" will drive home the point far better than I can. So give 'em a listen! After all, you have nothing to lose but your sanity.

The Official They Might Be Giants Site is the only site where you can find letters from band members, exclusive pictures, sound and video clips from unreleased songs, and even such exotic goodies as the GPS (Giants Positioning System), which allows you to pinpoint the band's current location anywhere on Earth. Very cool.

They Might Be Giants (Unofficially) features a ton of general info on the band (FAQs, discographies, lyrics, song interpretations, ect.), as well as chat rooms, discussion boards, and, of course, the world-famous Giants Trivia.
